Smart Dark Toggle 不收集任何个人数据。我们不设账号、不登录、不收集姓名、邮箱、位置、设备标识或任何使用数据。这与 App Store 产品页「Data Not Collected（不收集任何数据）」的隐私标签完全一致。
3. 所有处理均在本地完成
页面的深色重着色全部在你的设备本地执行。没有任何数据被发送到开发者的服务器或任何第三方服务器。本 App 没有后端服务器。
4. 本地存储与 iCloud
你为每个网站选择的「开 / 关 / 自动」设置，保存在浏览器扩展的本地存储中。如果这些设置通过你自己的 iCloud 在你的设备之间同步，数据仅存在于你自有的 Apple 账户内，开发者无法访问、也无法读取。
5. 权限用途
本扩展请求访问所有网站（<all_urls>）的权限，仅用于在你当前正在浏览的页面上就地修改视觉样式（配色）。它不读取、不传输、不远程存储页面内容或任何个人数据。
6. 无追踪 · 无广告 · 无分析
本 App 不包含任何追踪、广告或分析 SDK，也没有崩溃上报后端。没有第三方会通过本 App 接触到你的数据。
7. 儿童隐私
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童定向收集数据——因为本 App 不收集任何数据。
8. 政策变更与生效日期
本政策如有更新，我们将在本页面发布修订版本并更新页首的生效日期。本版本生效日期为 2026 年 7 月 2 日。
9. 你的权利（GDPR / CCPA 等）

1. Who we are
This policy explains how Smart Dark Toggle, a Safari Web Extension for macOS, handles your information.
2. We do not collect any personal data
Smart Dark Toggle does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no collection of your name, email, location, device identifiers, or any usage data. This is consistent with the "Data Not Collected" privacy label shown on our App Store product page.
3. All processing happens locally
All page recoloring is performed locally on your device. No data is ever sent to the developer's servers or to any third-party server. This app has no backend server.
4. Local storage and iCloud
Your per-site On / Off / Auto preferences are stored in the browser extension's local storage. If these settings sync between your devices via your own iCloud, the data stays entirely within your own Apple account — the developer cannot access or read it.
5. Permissions and how they are used
The extension requests access to all websites (<all_urls>) solely to modify the visual styling (colors) of the page you are currently viewing, in place. It does not read, transmit, or remotely store page content or any personal data.
6. No tracking, no ads, no analytics
This app contains no tracking, advertising, or analytics SDKs, and no crash-reporting backend. No third party gains access to your data through this app.
7. Children's privacy
This app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 — because it does not collect any data at all.
8. Changes to this policy and effective date
If this policy is updated, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date at the top. The effective date of this version is July 2, 2026.
9. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA and similar)
